Warranty Policy



  1. The warranty applies only to the products carried or distributed by Techwarez Computer Center through Manufacturer’s warranty, unless otherwise stated.
  2. Items purchased from Techwarez is warranted from date of purchase for a period of twelve (12) months, or depending on the warranty terms listed on item description page.
  3. Within the warranty period, all defective items bought from Techwarez will be directed to Manufacturer’s authorized service center (e.g, Acer, Asus, Dell, HP, Lenovo, etc).
  4. Consumables and/or accessories are not covered by the Techwarez warranty (e.g, mouse, ink cartridge, ribbons, toners, Bundled items/Freebies etc).
  5. The warranty on computer item(s) does not include software or virus problems. Techwarez is not responsible for less of program or data stored on disk drives. The customer is responsible for backing up all data before requesting for warranty service.
  6. The warranty is void:
    • If the item(s) has been damaged brought about by accident, misuse, misapplication, or any abnormal causes (e.g., animal bites or waste, use of wrong voltage, damages caused by non-original consumables, damages caused by fire, floods, earthquakes, and other incidental events.)
    • If the Manufacturer’s warranty seals(s) of the item(s) has been tampered with or altered in anyway.
    • If the product serial number has been altered, defaced, removed, or tampered in any way.
    • If repaired or serviced by unauthorized service center/s.
    • If repaired or serviced by unahotirized person/s.
  7. Void warranty will be determined by authorized service center.
  8. Warranty is valid from original date of purchase and will not be extended or reset after claiming.
  9. Techwarez will not pay any freight charges. All items should be checked-in or sent to authorized service center.
  10. In cases when customer wants to send item via courier to claim warranty, prior coordination should be made with Techwarez.
  11. A service fee may be charged if customer wants to course Manufacturer warranty claim through Techwarez beyond 12 months of purchase.
  12. For Special cases that may be approved for refund, a restocking fee of 10% shall be charged, or 500php whichever is higher.


  • The warranty set forth is exclusive and no other warranty, whether written or oral, is expressed or implied.
  • Techwarez only serves as a bridge to the manufacturer and authorized service centers, and is not liable for delays in releasing warrantied items.
  • Techwarez is not liable for any loss or damage of any item(s) checked-in directly at authorized service centers.
  • Techwarez will not be held liable for units seized or confiscated by authorities due to unlicensed software.
